Influencer some of us wonder what’s an influencer, how do they make so much money and what qualified them as influencer. Well, the answer is simple, you the followers qualified them as influencers. We’ve known some of them from their catchy vines video, their YouTube tutorial, their Instagram post or from the newest edition TikTok, and some catch our attention from the reality tv shows that we binge watch. Influencer has earned some of the biggest role in the media world and marketing world. We become such loyal fans we buy products based on their promotional ads and feedback, we spend thousands and thousands of dollars on their brands. Influencers learned how to navigate the millennials and their parents to the point they make their own products and advertise other products as well. Some of the most popular brand had to use influencers to relaunch their products and to keep their brand trendy (popular). Their marketing skills are free spirit, creative, and not forced which makes them authentic and likeable in the eyes of the audience. Influencers are their own marketing brand and the face of their marketing, meaning they have full creativity to shoot their content. Influencers means being able to influence others and we’ve seen influencers or icon coming from artistic world and becoming mogul and trendsetter in different category, for example Rihanna is not only known as a ground breaker in the music industry but an icon and mogul in the fashion and beauty world. She used her fan based and creativity to create a billion-dollar business while remaining true and authentic to herself and continuously create her brand. Although critics can be tough but some of them thrive on it, influencer like Kim Kardashian has made a name for herself not only in the reality show world but also the media world, she is known to post ad on different designer brands, and to post for her own successful brand to attract more fans. Those influencers are get paid to post picture or a short video and for just their presence at certain place. Now days, businesses and brands hire brand ambassador to promote their products, some are known as influencer, makeup Guru, models and some are known for their big social media platform. Influencers play a huge role in marketing, followers, subscriber, and fans buys products that they use and promote based on their feedbacks. Influencers promote brands that align with their demand and request. The relationship between the company and the consumer is based on their marketing, transparency, authenticity and their supporters on the media platform, and after all of that comes the quality of the products.
