The Tale of the tiger story shows the Tampa International Airport dedication to provide great service to their customers by reinforcing their commitment to give customers a pleasant time while waiting. In that case the highlight was taking care of the forgotten stuffed tiger, to create a fun and enjoyable environment for the stuffed tiger until the little boy re encounter his little stuffed tiger. The operations manager went above and beyond to create a storyline with the stuffed tiger and all the adventurous place the tiger visited on the airport campus while meeting and greeting stuff. The story highlights the time and dedication the staff members take to make sure the story comes out great and satisfy the customers’ needs and wants.The social and consumer experience was addressed through customers feedback from all over the world and social media feedback. The story went viral based on the caring and the effort of each staff member to photograph the stuffed tiger going around the campus for a meet and greet with all employees and different department. The operation manager created a story line that was pleasant and that would touch all parents or customers whether you travel through airports or not. The operation manager made sure the story speaks on the adventure the stuffed tiger had and creating a book of the event that would make the family happy. The time and dedication of the operation manager to create and give a great service to the little boy and his parents was a success and it reaches out to all customers.The strategy that was involved in this story was to promote act of kindness and safety.The story was posted through different media platform such as Facebook and twitter along with photos of the meet and greet of the stuffed tiger with the employees and adventurous story.The story quickly went viral as more parents started to post it and as the media begin to be highlighted through national television news, different international sites and headlines as the best airport customer service ever experienced. The operation manager not only dedicated time but was also passionate about making the little boy happy and wanted to give them an unforgettable experience. There is nothing better the operation manager could have done to make the experience more amazing other than what he did which was making a family happy to what could’ve been a horrible experience but turning it into a memorable airport experience. The story categorizes the airport as a great work environment and great customer service. I do think the Airport could use the story on their websites page to show customers their intentions of making the trip easy, comfortable, and providing them with great service
